QB Rankings for Week 3

Cutler is the real deal kids - and since the Bronc's D is shaky, he will not only be able to throw all day long - he might have too. On the other hand, the Saints secondary is still suspect so he will have success as he throws.

On the other hand, the Broncs D is not great right now. Drew Brees will find success even with Marques Colston still on the shelf. Between David Patten, Reggie Bush and Jeremy Shockey, Brees has plenty of targets. In a shootout, I like what he is capable of.

Tony Romo is likely in a shootout of his own against the Packers. We know he can throw effectively and his O-line gives him the time to wait for receivers come open. And he's got the weapons in TO and Witten. I think a tougher D limits him a little - but Romo will produce well and will be one of the better starts this week.

Again, the other half of this pair gets a nod at the top of my list. Aaron Rodgers is playing great and while Dallas is a better class at D than Rodgers has faced, Philly blew them up on Monday night and they are vulnerable. Also, Rodgers has a great bunch of weapons and the arm to utilize them. He will often on Sunday.

Meanwhile on the downside of things - Marc Bulger (19), Derek Anderson (18), and Carson Palmer (17) are all struggling due to O-line issues and receivers dropping balls like they are on fire. I also downgraded Jon Kitna (14) as he seems to be on an ever-shortening leash.

And let's just not mention Kansas City. *shiver*
