WR Rankings for Week 2

I expect Plaxico Burress to have a pretty huge game against a Rams D that just isn't very good. Not as bad as last week, maybe but if they got blown up by Baskett, Lewis and rookie DeSean Jackson - Plax should make them look silly. TO is everyone's darling this week, but the matchup - while not horrid - isn't as good as what Plax faces. You won't be unhappy with TO, however, and if the Giants faced a competant D, he would likely top my list as well. Fitzgerald faces a Dolphins D that - while improved - didn't show me all that much last week and still has many problems. Only thing that could hold him back is Whisenhunt's clock control O. They are running the ball alot and that limited Ftiz's targets last week to just 4. I think they''ll air it out more against the Phins. Wayne - even with Manning at apparently 75% Manning Power, go 17 (!) targets, caught 10 for 86 yards and a TD. When Manning gets right, this dude will go off. Still, even with Manning struggling a tad, Wayne is a lock for top 5 stats. Finally, Randy Moss - reports were (early in the week) that Mopey Moss was back and wanting Daunte Culpepper to show up in New England. I don't think it will be the case, though one of my BIG QUESTIONS of the week would be how the Pats respond to Brady's injury. Moss will go as the team does because if the morale there dips, you know Randy's will too. Still, as you can see by the ranking, I think the Pats and Moss will be just fine - though that is not determination on who will win the game.

WRs I dislike this week are #28 Eddie Royal (I would prefer to see him against a D that plays.... at all though I think he will have tremendous value later on), #31 Patrick Crayton (3rd bannana in the recieving core in Dallas isn't very attractive) and #25 Tory Holt who will rebound, but probably not this week.
