Sunday Stampede

This will update sporadically when I see/hear news up until game time and then again near the second games.

I'm going to just spit it out and there may be a lot of it - so get yer eyes ready!

Javon Walker
Lane Kiffin still isn't sure if Javon Walker will play on Monday Night Football. As I have said before, I wouldn't touch him.

Jamal Lewis
According to ESPN's John Clayton reports that Jamal Lewis is likely to play in Sunday afternoon's game against the Cowboys. This is one to watch but if you have a healthy RB with a good matchup you may want to plug him in and not worry. I will track this throughout the day.

Deuce McAllister/Aaron Stecker
According to Adam Shefter Deuce McAllister is active today and Stecker is not. How much will McAllister play? How effectively? Thos are big questions and more than I want to risk today - week 1.

Matt Hasselbeck

Hasselbeck apparently had an epidural shot for a bulging disc in his back. It might not amount to much, but it's a worry - how will that back react come that first hit?

Ricky Williams
Reports remain that Ricky Williams will start today's game against the Jets. Expect Williams to carry the load for the first few weeks as Brown eases in. Williams is a decent start this weekend but we don't know how the Jet defense will play against the run.

Reggie Brown inactive
DeSean Jackson will get the nod to start - could be a big game here. A risky start BUT may be worth a roll as your #3 or 4.

More as I hear it..... if there's nothing, best of luck to you this weekend....
